"Many times there aren't words to express a thought or an emotion. A piece of art can communicate in a unique way that words cannot, and the images can become tangible evidence of thoughts and emotions. Art therapy is a form of therapy that uses the creative process to help improve a person’s physical, mental, and emotional well-being."
